Delivery / Shipping Policy

A valid street address is required for order to be delivered. Orders must be received before 12pm in the recipient’s time zone to ensure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. We will do our best to honor requests for specific times of delivery but we cannot guarantee it. Your order will be delivered by courier in the local area of delivery. You’ll be notified on the status of your order through either your account on fastdeliveryflorist.com or by email. Depending on the delivery address we may require a phone number for the recipient so that we can schedule a delivery time with the recipient.

Substitution Policy

The substitution of certain keepsake containers, flowers, plants, and gifts of equal or greater value may be necessary due to high demand, local availability, or to ensure timely delivery. When a substitution is made, we will try to ensure that it is as similar to the requested item as possible.

Refund Policy

We may grant partial or full refunds for various reasons such as if the items are significantly not as described, were delivered late, or weren’t delivered.  We may request that the items be picked up by a courier at no cost to you and returned for a refund to be granted.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can submit a request for a refund through our contact form or by calling (800) 546-0377.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. However, if your gift is en route or delivered, we will not be able to cancel the order. To submit a cancellation request please use our contact form or by calling (800) 546-0377.
